These terms govern your use of novaft.ai, operated by Nova Financial Technologies Limited.
1. About us
This website is operated by Nova Financial Technologies Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17253785) with its registered office in England.
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Pre-launch status
Nova is currently pre-launch. This website is a marketing site only. Nothing on it constitutes:
- a banking service or an offer to provide banking services;
- regulated financial advice;
- an invitation to invest;
- a binding commitment to launch in any specific market or on any specific date.
When Nova does launch, the services will be governed by separate terms agreed at the point of signup, and provided under the appropriate regulatory authorisations in each market.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the source code, design, text, layout, graphics, illustrations, logos, the "Nova" and "Nova FT" names, the Nova "n." wordmark, the Nova logo, the colour scheme, and the underlying ideas and concepts — is the property of Nova Financial Technologies Limited or its licensors, and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trade mark, design right and other intellectual property laws.
You may view this website in your browser and share links to it. You may not, without our prior written consent:
- copy, reproduce, mirror, frame or republish any part of the site;
- use the Nova name, wordmark, logo or any element of the visual identity in your own materials, including by suggesting any affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement;
- modify, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of any code or design served from this site;
- scrape, harvest, datamine or otherwise systematically extract data from the site;
- use the site for any commercial purpose or in a way that competes with us.
"Nova", "Nova FT", the Nova "n." wordmark and the Nova logo are trade marks of Nova Financial Technologies Limited. UK trade mark applications for "Nova FT" are pending in classes 9, 36 and 42.
4. Waitlist submissions
If you submit information through the waitlist form, you confirm that:
- the information is accurate and is your own (you're not submitting somebody else's details without their consent);
- you're happy for us to use it as described in our Privacy Notice;
- any optional message you include does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content.
You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time by emailing hussen@novaft.ai.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the server hosting it, or any connected system;
- introduce malware, denial-of-service traffic, or any harmful code;
- impersonate Nova or any other person, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
6. External links
Where this site links to third-party websites (for example, Google's privacy policy or the UK government's information pages), we don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content. The links are for convenience only.
7. Availability and no warranty
We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that:
- the site will be uninterrupted, on-time, secure or error-free;
- any information on it is complete or current;
- any defects will be corrected.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms that might otherwise be implied by law.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

If you're a consumer, this clause doesn't affect your statutory rights.

10. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes, except that if you're a consumer resident in another country, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you live.
