How we handle your data.
This notice explains what personal data Nova Financial Technologies Limited collects from visitors to novaft.ai, why we collect it, and your rights under the law.
Who we are
Nova Financial Technologies Limited ("Nova", "we", "us", "our") is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17253785). We are the "data controller" for personal data collected through this website, which means we decide how and why your data is processed.

What data we collect
At this stage, Nova is pre-launch. The only personal data we collect from this website is what you give us through the waitlist form.

How we use it
We only use your data to:
- Send you the one-off launch email when Nova goes live in your region.
- Reply if you've asked us a specific question in the optional message field.
- Understand which regions and audience types are most interested, so we can prioritise.
We do not send marketing newsletters, share your data with third parties for advertising, or use your data to build a tracking profile.
Who sees it
Waitlist submissions are stored in:
- Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail), under our
novaft.aiworkspace. Google acts as a "data processor" on our behalf. Google's privacy practices are documented at policies.google.com/privacy. - Microsoft Azure (West Europe region, the Netherlands), which hosts this website. Azure acts as a data processor on our behalf. Microsoft's privacy practices are documented at privacy.microsoft.com.
Both Google and Microsoft are bound by data processing agreements that meet UK GDPR standards. Your data is stored in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until 12 months after Nova launches in your region, or until you ask us to delete it (whichever comes first). After that point, your record is removed from our systems.
If you specifically tell us you no longer want to be contacted, we'll delete your details immediately.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, session replay tools, or behavioural analytics. We don't load Google Analytics or any equivalent. The only third-party requests your browser makes are to fonts.googleapis.com (for the typeface) and script.google.com (when you submit the waitlist form).
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — ask us to stop using your data for specific purposes.
- Portability — ask for your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to us using your data on the basis of legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent — change your mind about being on the waitlist at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hussen@novaft.ai. We'll respond within 30 days, free of charge.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice in a material way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, email everyone on the waitlist to flag the change before it takes effect.
